Decláranse incorporados a los presentes estatutos para todos los efectos legales, el certificado de la Superintendencia Bancaria sobre licencias para la continuación de los negocios de la entidad de fecha 29 de junio de 1990 y las resoluciones de la misma Superintendencia sobre permiso para abrir y mantenerse las distintas sucursales del Banco y las secciones fiduciaria y de ahorro.
