°. Objeto de la inspección, vigilancia y control. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 6° de la Ley 1002 de 2005, las operaciones financieras autorizadas en el artículo 2° del presente Decreto que realice el Icetex, constituyen el objeto exclusivo de la inspección, vigilancia y control de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, en los términos del presente Decreto.
