Los productos que ofrezca el servicio de la radio. Televisión comercial, así como los que recaude el Servicio de Inteligencia Colombiano (SIC), por concepto de multas, remates de mercancías, carnes, fotografías, certificados, papel sellado y por cualquier otro concepto, deberán ser consignados diariamente por el funcionario o funcionarios respectivos en la Tesorería General de la Republica, y la Contraloría General de la Republica vigilara que esta disposición tenga su debido cumplimiento.
