USURPACION DEL MANDO. El que tomare y ejerciere el mando, e impartiere órdenes a tropas, sin autorización para ello, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) meses a tres (3) años. A la misma sanción queda sometido el que contra orden de su superior respectivo retuviere el mando o violare una consigna, siempre que el hecho no constituya un delito más grave.
