Artículo único. Traspásanse a favor del Instituto Nacional de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico, como aporte al capital del Estado en el mismo Instituto, las tres mil quinientas (3.500) acciones que la Nación colombiana posee en la Sociedad "Centrales Eléctricas del Huila S. A.", por valor de tres y medio millones de pesos (S 3.500.000), Comuniquese y publíquese.
