La Dirección de Crédito Público eliminará las cuentas de capitales de renta nominal denominadas Rentas sobre el Tesoro, priviligiada, al seis por ciento (6%), y Renta común sobre el Tesoro, al tres por ciento (3%), y abrirá en cambio cuatro nuevas cuentas correspondientes a las cuatro nuevas series de nuevas certificaciones.
