Art. 6. Transcurridos los tres días de la investigación, el Alcalde, en su caso, pasara el proceso verbal junto con el sindicado al Prefecto, quien señalara uno de los tres días siguientes para oír a las partes, que serán el sindicado ó su vocero, y el Personero municipal á falta del Fiscal del circuito.

Parágrafo

Durante la audiencia podrán ser examinados los testigos y peritos que hubieren sido citados con tal fin.
