Artículo duodécimo. Sin el lleno de los anteriores requisitos no se tendrá por hecha la notificación, ni producirá efectos legales la respectiva providencia, a menos que la parte interesada, dándose por suficientemente enterada, convenga en ella o utilice en tiempo los recursos legales.
