°. Modifíquese el numeral 4 del artículo 2.3.1.6.3.13 del Decreto número 1075 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “ 4. Financiar la alimentación escolar, a excepción de la alimentación para el desarrollo de las jornadas extendidas y complementarias señalada en el numeral 16 del artículo 2.3.1.6.3.11. del presente Decreto y de la alimentación escolar para el caso previsto en el artículo 3° de la Ley 2167 de 2021”.
