El Consejo Directivo del Fondo Nacional de Caminos Vecinales, podrá delegar en el Gerente General algunas de sus funciones y reasumirlas cuando lo estime conveniente y necesario y autorizar a éste para delegar las funciones que considere pertinente, en otros empleados del Fondo.
