Artículo séptimo. En los juicios en que la competencia se fija por el valor de las acciones que se ejercen, éstas son de mayor, de menor o de mínima cuantía. Son de mayor cuantía las que versan sobre un valor que excede de quince mil pesos; de menor cuantía, aquéllas cuyo valor es de tres mil a quince mil pesos, y de mínima cuantía las demás.
