El presente decreto tiene como objeto reglamentar la implementación de los Sistemas Estratégicos de Transporte Público (SETP) del país, y se aplicará integralmente en las ciudades que cuenten con cofinanciación de la nación y cumpliendo con los requisitos establecidos en el presente decreto y el artículo 52 de la Ley 1151 de 2007.
