Queda prohibido bajo las sanciones que señale el Gobierno al reglamentar esta ley, la circulación dentro de los sanatorios-colonias y leprocomios existentes. De toda clase de papeles o billetes representativos de moneda nacional. Para las transacciones comerciales que se realicen en tales Sanatorios-colonias y leprocomios, se empleara solamente la moneda de plata y níquel que circula en el país , sometiéndola a una desinfección rigurosa y conveniente.
