º. Los propietarios o administradores de los establecimientos de que trata el artículo 1º. del presente Decreto, deberán presentar dentro de los cinco (5) primeros días de cada mes, a la respectiva oficina de Hacienda Nacional, una relación completa de las cuentas de cobro presentadas por el establecimiento y de los pagos hechos durante el mes inmediatamente anterior, por pasajeros y pensionistas, de conformidad con os datos que arroje el libro de registro ordenado por la Policía y destinado para la inscripción de pasajeros o pensionistas.
