° En la propiedad que el Gobierno tiene en Juntas de Apulo, se establecerá un campo de experimentación, dependiente de la Escuela Superior de Agronomía, con un Director, un Ayudante y los trabajadores Indispensables, a juicio del Rector de la Escuela, y del Director del mismo, el cual se regirá por el reglamento que al efecto se dicte.
