Artículo único. Apruébase el Convenio incluido en las notas preinsertas, fechadas en 30 de septiembre de 1935, y cruzadas entre la Legación de Colombia en Madrid y el Ministerio de Estado.

Para dar cumplimiento al artículo 2° de esta Convención, se establecerá una rigurosa compensación numérica entre los profesionales de ambos países y para tal fin las entidades encargadas de expedir las respectivas licencias de ejercicio profesional se mantendrán informadas de los organismos que ambos países crearán para este efecto.
