De acuerdo con lo previsto por el artículo 2º de la Ley 82 de 1931, sustitutivo del 4º de la Ley 25 de 1923, autorizase la venta en mercado abierto y sin otra formalidad, de las acciones que posee el Estado en el Banco de la República. Las acciones enajenadas se convertirán, según el caso, en acciones de las clases "B", V' o "D", del mismo Banco.
