Créase el Comité Nacional de Formación Profesional Integral, encargado de asesorar al Consejo Directivo Nacional y al Director General en lo concerniente a la actualización de la formación profesional integral, el tipo de especialidades, programas, contenidos y métodos, buscando mantener la unidad técnica, elevar la calidad de la formación profesional integral y promover el desarrollo productivo y de los recursos humanos del país.

El Estatuto Interno reglamentará su composición, operación y funciones. Este Comité estará integrado por funcionarios d e la entidad, pudiéndose incluir expertos externos.
