Vigencia . Las previsiones contenidas en el presente decreto tendrán una vigencia igual a la del Esquema de Pagos. Por consiguiente, si dicho Esquema es terminado anticipadamente, estas previsiones se entenderán igualmente terminadas. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación.

Decreto 958 de 1998 · por el cual se aprueba el esquema y demás condiciones financieras de los pagos que la Empresa Colombiana de Gas -Ecogas, deberá hacer a la Empresa Colombiana de Pertóleos-Ecopetrol, en desarrollo de la escisión ordenada por la Ley 401 de 1997.
