º. La enseñanza secundaria de índole comercial tendrá dos grados: el uno elemental y el otro con carácter de bachillerato de orientación profesional. Los estudios superiores encaminados a la formación de especialistas en cualquiera de las ramas del comercio requerirán como condición previa, el título de bachiller oficial en las condiciones fijadas por este mismo decreto.
