El Departamento Nacional de Provisiones procederá a tomar posesión de los automóviles que actualmente se encuentren en servicio y que no queden comprendidos por las disposiciones de esta Ley, y podrá aplicarlos al servicio oficial de conformidad con el artículo anterior.
