Decreto 4791 de 2008 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los artículos 11, 12, 13 y 14 de la Ley 715 de 2001 en relación con el Fondo de Servicios Educativos de los establecimientos educativos estatales.

Contabilidad . Los fondos de servicios educativos estatales deben llevar contabilidad de acuerdo con las normas vigentes expedidas por el Contador General de la Nación. La entidad territorial certificada debe establecer las condiciones en que se realizará el proceso operativo de preparación y elaboración de la contabilidad del establecimiento educativo estatal.

Parágrafo

Con el fin de optimizar el uso de los recursos, dos o más establecimientos educativos podrán celebrar acuerdos entre sí con el fin de contratar conjuntamente los servicios contables requeridos.
