Destinase el producto de esta venta para atender al servicio de amortización del empréstito que se contrate, si a este recurso se acoge el Gobierno, para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley. En caso contrario, o una vez amortizadas las obligaciones que con este fin se contraigan, el producto de la renta expresada ingresará a las rentas comunes.
