En uno de los tres últimos días de cada mes el Ministro de Gobierno o el Secretario del Ministerio, acompañado del Procurador General de la Nación, practicará una visita en la Corte Suprema de Justicia y extenderá un acta en la cual conste los negocios que cursen en cada una de las Salas y en la Corte Plena, los despachados por cada uno de los Magistrados, y las demoras imputables, si las hubiere. Esta diligencia se publicará en el Diario Oficial firmada por los visitadores y por el Presidente de la Corte.
