ARTICULO 176. Prohibición uso de uniformes en estado de separación o suspensión. El Agente separado en forma absoluta de la Policía Nacional o suspendido, no podrá usar el uniforme, las condecoraciones y distintivos que se le hubieren conferido. Al ser separado en forma temporal perderá el mismo derecho durante el lapso de separación.
