Art. 3.º Destínase del Tesoro Nacional la suma de cuatro mil pesos ($4,000), oro, para que los gastos que ocasiones la presente Ley, y la de ochocientos pesos ($ 800), también en oro, para viáticos de ida y regreso.

Una y otra partida se incluirán en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia.
