De Conformidad Con El Artículo 3º De La Ley 44 De 1925, Funcionará En La Ciudad De Manizales Una Junta Compuesta Del Gobernador Del Departamento De Caldas, Que Será Su Presidente, Del Presidente Del Concejo Municipal De Manizales Y De Tres Vecinos Notables Que Se Nombrarán Por El Poder Ejecutivo En Decreto Especial

º De conformidad con el artículo 3º de la Ley 44 de 1925, funcionará en la ciudad de Manizales una Junta compuesta del Gobernador del Departamento de Caldas, que será su Presidente, del Presidente del Concejo Municipal de Manizales y de tres vecinos notables que se nombrarán por el Poder Ejecutivo en decreto especial. Esta Junta tendrá un Interventor designado por el Contralor General de la República, para lo cual se dará a éste el aviso del caso.

Parágrafo

La mencionada Junta intervendrá en las diligencias previas que de conformidad con la citada Ley deben llevarse a cabo para iniciar y adelantar los trabajos de reconstrucción de la ciudad de Manizales.
