Referencias normativas. Todas las referencias que hagan las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes al Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia, deben entenderse referidas al Ministerio del Interior, si se relacionan con las funciones asignadas en este decreto al Ministerio del Interior. De igual forma, las referencias que hagan las disposiciones vigentes al Ministro del Interior y de Justicia como asistente, integrante o miembro de consejos, comisiones, juntas, mesas u otras instancias de deliberación, relacionados con los temas de competencia del Ministerio del Interior, deben entenderse referidas al Ministro del Interior.
