Artículo once. Son funciones del "Gran Canciller"

Presidir las reuniones del Consejo y dirigir sus deliberaciones, por si o por su delegado;

Convocar a reuniones extraordinarias o plenarias cuando lo considere necesario;

Presentar candidatos al otorgamento de la Orden y' promover las iniciativas que estime convenientes;

Ordenar los gastos que demande el otorgamiento de la Orden.
