°. Establecer las siguientes reducciones del gravamen arancelario para la importación de materias primas clasificadas por la subpartida arancelaria 3901.10.00.00: A partir de GRAVAMEN La fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto 10% 1° de enero de 2009 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2012 0%

Parágrafo

Cumplido el primer semestre de 2012, el Gobierno Nacional determinará el gravamen arancelario que regirá a partir del 1° de enero de 2013 para la importación de las materias primas clasificadas por la subpartida 3901.10.00.00.
