Las plantas de abasto, estaciones de servicio, plantas de llenado y depósitos de GLP y demás establecimientos dedicados a la distribución de productos derivados de los hidrocarburos, prestarán el servicio en forma regular, adecuada y eficiente, conforme con las características de este servicio público.

Decreto 285 de 1986 · por el cual se reglamenta el diseño, construcción y pruebas de las instalaciones de las plantas de abastecimiento y estaciones de servicio, y el envase, manejo, transporte y distribución de hidrocarburos y combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo en dichas instalaciones.
