El Gobierno Nacional queda autorizado para establecer por una sola vez las condiciones de los Bonos de Desarrollo Económico, previo concepto de la Junta Monetaria. Igualmente para realizar todas las operaciones que permitan atender en forma adecuada su servicio de amortización, pago de intereses, liquidez y demás gastos que ocasionen.
