° Como entre las obras en que debe invertirse el auxilio nacional están la de pavimentación de la plaza principal y la de Balvanera, el Municipio, con la aceptación y autorización de la junta, podrá destinar parte del auxilio como aporte al Fondo de Fomento Municipal para la ejecución de las obras previas dé alcantarillado de la población.
