Lineamientos para la reglamentación técnica. Las entidades reguladoras deberán adoptar buenas prácticas de reglamentación técnica de manera que esta no tenga por objeto o efecto crear obstáculos innecesarios al comercio.

Las disposiciones aquí contenidas son complementarias a las disposiciones en materia de transparencia, consulta y buenas prácticas internacionales.
