Art. 12. Nadie podrá desempeñar en el Ejército cargo cuyas funciones no correspondan a un grado reconocido en los términos de esta Ley. Los destinos administrativos en el Ejército servidos por individuos civiles tendrán sueldo especial; por tanto quedan prohibidas las asimilaciones a empleos militares.
