ARTICULO 8o. Las pensiones de la Fiscalía General de la Nación no estarán sometidas a lo dispuesto en el artículo 2o. de la Ley 71 de 1988. En todo caso las pensiones se liquidarán sobre los mismos factores que hayan servido de base para el cálculo de los aportes.
