Los Fondos Mutuos de Inversión procederán a reformar sus estatutos y reglamento con el fin de adecuarlos a las disposiciones contenidas en el presente Decreto. Dichas reformas, no obstante lo dispuesto por el artículo 15 sobre la vigencia de este Decreto, deberán someterse a la aprobación de la Superintendencia Bancaria a más tardar el 1º de septiembre de 1985.
