Art. 2.° Para los efectos de esta lei el Poder Ejecutivo podrá disponer de la suma.de diez mil pesos ($ 10.000), la cual se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto para la vijencia próxima, destinada esclusivamente a la inmediata variacion i mejora del camino de "Guantiva" i "Páramo de la Casa Blanca."
