Este Decreto rige desde la fecha de su expedición y deroga los artículos 1º, 2º, 3º, 4º, .5º, 7º, 8º, 9º, 10,11, 12, 13, 28, 29, 30, 31 y 32 del Decreto 1273 de 1936, el artículo 1º del Decreto 2962 de 1936, el artículo 1º del Decreto 1888 de 1939 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
