Igualmente, autorízase al Gobierno para dictar las providencias que fueren necesarias a fin de asegurar la colocación de los empréstitos representados en los documentos de Deuda Pública Interna de que trata la presente Ley, y para atender el pago del servicio de amortización, intereses y demás gastos, mediante las correspondientes apropiaciones.
