La solicitud de nulidad podrá formularse hasta antes del fallo definitivo y deberá indicar en forma concreta la causal o causales respectivas y expresar los fundamentos de hecho y de derecho que la sustenten y no podrá formular nueva solicitud, sino por causal diferente o por hechos posteriores. Cuando la solicitud de nulidad no esté conforme a los requisitos anteriores se rechazará, determinación contra la cual no procede recurso alguno.
