ARTICULO 28. Para las clases que se dicten en las reparticiones militares no consideradas como Escuelas de Preparación militar en este Decreto, o por Profesores distintos a las categorías en el contempladas, regirán en cada caso las normas especiales actualmente vigentes o que en posterioridad al presente Decreto se dicten, previo nombramiento de los interesados, por Resolución Ministerial.
