Prestaciones sociales en situaciones especiales . Las prestaciones de los Ofíciales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, que se encuentren en cualquiera de las situaciones especiales a que se refieren los artículos 74 y 76 de este decreto, serán las correspondientes al grado respectivo y se liquidarán y pagarán sobre la base de los haberes que devengarían si se encontraran en la ciudad de Bogotá.
