Los sujetos procesales tendrán el derecho a controvertir las pruebas y aquellas decisiones que sean susceptibles de recursos dentro del proceso de extinción de dominio. A tal efecto, el funcionario judicial deberá motivar las decisiones que afecten sus derechos fundamentales o reales patrimoniales o que resuelvan de fondo aspectos sustanciales del proceso.
