Artículo vigesimosegundo . Las sociedades mutuarias se disolverán por decisión de la asamblea general, cuando se presente alguna de las causales señaladas en lo estatutos. La decisión de disolución deberá ser comunicada al Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a la realización de la Asamblea para los fines legales pertinentes.
