° El auxilio especial de transporte a que tienen derecho algunos empleados de la Rama Jurisdiccional del Ministerio Público y de las Direcciones de Instrucción Criminal, en virtud a lo dispuesto en el artículo 32 del Decreto 0717 de 1978 , quedará así: - Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes, hasta mil quinientos pesos ($ 1.500.00) moneda corriente. - Para ciudades de más de seiscientos mil habitantes, hasta novecientos cuarenta y cinco pesos ($ 945.00) moneda corriente. - Para ciudades de más de trescientos mil habitantes, hasta seiscientos pesos ($ 600.00) moneda corriente.
