El Gobierno Nacional por intermedio del Ministerio de Cultura dispondrá de una suma no inferior a doscientos millones de pesos ($200.000.000), para la adquisición de una de las obras del reconocido maestro, la cual se ubicará en un lugar público del municipio de Fredonia como testimonio a la memoria del insigne artista.

Parágrafo

La obra que se adquiera deberá contar previamente con un avalúo técnico, realizado por la Dirección de Extensión Cultural del Departamento de Antioquia.
