º. Transcurridos los seis (6) meses señalados en el artículo 2º de este Decreto sin que se haya efectuado la verificación al programa creado, la institución podrá iniciar actividades académicas, sin perjuicio de que en cualquier momento se practique la visita correspondiente, con el fin de comprobar las condiciones de funcionamiento del programa.
