Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, especialmente los artículos 1º, 5, 6, y 9 a 42 del Decreto 2171 de 1992, el artículo 49 de la Ley 105 de 1993, artículo 35 y artículo 69 de la Ley 336 de 1996.
