La Asamblea Constitucional tendrá un Presidente y dos Vicepresidentes, elegidos de su propio seno, quienes formarán la Mesa Directiva.
El Presidente y el Primer Vicepresidente serán de distinta filiación política.
La Asamblea elegirá también un Secretario General, que deberá reunir las mismas calidades que se exigen para ser Senador de la República, a quien asistirá el personal auxiliar que acuerde la Asamblea.
